Wellness Suite
A dedicated wellness suite inside the hotel, red light therapy, salt room, infrared chakra mat, and the kind of quiet built around the red rocks. Open to hotel guests and visitors.
Why we built it
Sedona doesn't need help being restorative, but a little structure helps you receive it.
The wellness suite at Arroyo Pinion exists for the in-between hours: post-trail, pre-dinner, the morning before a long drive home. Four modalities, all bookable in 30-minute sessions, all private. Slot them into your day without leaving the property.
Two are complimentary for guests. Two carry a small add-on fee. All of them are quieter, cleaner, and more thoughtful than what you'd find at the average resort spa, because Sedona, frankly, deserves better.
Signature · Add-on
A dual-modality session pairing a clinical-grade full-spectrum red light panel with a 7-chakra infrared chakra mat. You lie down. The light does the rest. Cellular renewal, lit from within.
Halotherapy · Add-on
A private halotherapy suite with pure pharmaceutical-grade Himalayan salt mist. Breathe deep. Clear the lungs. Soften the nervous system. Especially restorative after dusty trail days or for travelers with allergies.
Complimentary · Contrast Therapy
A cedar Finnish sauna and a chest-deep cold plunge, side by side. The ancient practice of contrast therapy, refined into the most-loved 30 minutes at the hotel. Cycle two or three times. Trust the rhythm.
Complimentary · Deep Rest
Four clinical-grade zero-gravity massage chairs in a low-lit sanctuary. The connective tissue of a full wellness day.
A wellness day, suggested
No pressure to do all of it. But if you wanted to, here's how a quietly extraordinary day unfolds when you let the property do the work.
6:30 AM
Coffee from the lobby bar, then a short walk to Airport Mesa for the first light. Back before the day starts.

2:30 PM
30 minutes of halotherapy in a private suite. Quiet awaits in the relaxation lounge.
8:00 PM
S'mores kit from the front desk. A whisky neat. The Milky Way overhead.
