Premium full-body massage chairs in a low-lit Sedona sanctuary. The kind of quiet that's hard to find anywhere else. Drop in anytime, complimentary with every stay.

The complement to every other session.

After a sauna, before a salt room, between a hike and dinner, the Relaxation Room is where guests slow down. Four zero-gravity massage chairs and the kind of quiet that drops your baseline.

No booking. No fuss. No time limit. Drop in for ten minutes between activities, or stretch a session into a full afternoon. Either way, you leave a little quieter than you came.

Premium zero-gravity massage chairs in the Relaxation Room

The Chairs

Four chairs.
Built for the nervous system.

Our chairs are clinical-grade zero-gravity full-body recliners, the kind hospitals use post-surgery and elite athletes use post-event. Each has 12 onboard programs ranging from shoulder-focused to full-body deep tissue. Heated lumbar, foot rollers, and the gentlest neck stretch you'll ever submit to.

The Room

Built for the
nervous system.

Every detail of the room was tuned to drop your baseline. Amber-only lighting. Quiet acoustics. Soft Sedona red rock photography on the walls. Even the air is filtered and slightly warmed.

Six curated
soundscapes.

Each chair has wireless headphones loaded with six house-curated audio programs, built with sound therapists, all royalty-free, all designed to pair with a specific length of stay.

20 minutes

Sleep Drift

Delta wave · Binaural

Slow tempo soundscape with binaural delta waves underneath. Designed to nudge the body toward parasympathetic activation. Most guests doze.

25 minutes

Quiet Focus

Beta · Strings

A working session, not a nap. Mid-tempo strings layered with subtle binaural beats. Bring a book or a notebook, many guests do.

30 minutes

Decompression

Guided meditation

A guided body-scan with extended pauses. Walked through by a Sedona-based teacher. The most-used program after a long travel day.

45 minutes

Total Reset

Full chair program · Soundscape

A full deep-tissue chair sequence paired with a long-form ambient soundscape. Best paired with a slow morning or post-hike afternoon.

15 minutes

Red Rock Reverie

Field recordings · Sedona

Field recordings from West Fork, Boynton, and Cathedral. Wind, water, and very gentle bells. Like the trail with the volume turned down.

Your Own Track

Bluetooth · Personal device

Pair your phone in seconds. Bring whatever drops you fastest, a favorite album, a podcast, your own meditation app. No rules.

A small room with
a long aftereffect.

01

Nervous System Reset

Twenty minutes of zero-gravity recline drops cortisol and shifts the body toward parasympathetic, measurable on most wellness wearables.

02

Muscular Release

Heated rollers and pressure programs unwind tension from a day's hiking, sitting, or travel, without the time or cost of a full massage.

03

Sleep Adjacent

Sleep Drift is the most-used program for guests adjusting to Sedona's higher elevation. Many use it twice a day on arrival days.

04

Between-the-Cracks Time

Fifteen minutes between activities is enough to feel different. The room makes the soft, unstructured hours easier to fall into.

05

No Decision Fatigue

No booking, no menu, no upsell. Walk in, sit down, pick a program, close your eyes. It's the easiest wellness modality on property.

06

Pairs With Everything

Stack it after a sauna, before a salt room, after a hike. The Relaxation Room is the connective tissue of a full wellness day.

Relaxation Room FAQ

Questions, before
you settle in.

Do I need to reserve?+

No reservation required. The room is open daily 7 AM – 9 PM, and most of the day at least one chair is open. Weekend evenings are the busiest; if you want a guaranteed window then, mention it to the front desk and we'll hold one for you.

What if every chair is taken?+

There are usually chairs open. If everything is in use, the front desk will hold one for you as soon as a chair frees up.

Can I bring my phone?+

Phones are welcome on silent. Most guests use them to pair with the chair's Bluetooth for their own audio. Speakerphone, calls, or video is not allowed, the room is shared with other guests trying to quiet down.

Is it okay for kids?+

Guests 12 and over are welcome with a parent. The chairs are sized for adults, kids under 12 may not get the full benefit and can throw off the chair's body scan. We can show families an alternate quiet space if needed.

Are sessions timed?+

No time limit. Programs range from 15 to 45 minutes, but you're welcome to chain two or run the same one twice. The room is designed for unhurried use.

Is it accessible?+

Yes, step-free entry, two chairs configured for ADA-friendly transfer, and clear walking paths throughout. Let the front desk know in advance if you'd like a specific chair held; we're happy to arrange it.
